Liquid
A Pectinase with helicellulase activity which is added to the must at crushing. It promotes the separation and break down of the cell wall thus releasing the juice into the cell. It therefore increases juice yield in both red and white grapes, and for reds, improves the anthocyanins extraction. Further advantages are an increased press capacity, easier, shorter press times and faster clarification. Also recommended in fruit other than grapes.
Dosage: 65ml – 85ml / 1000 litres
