Everclar Beta - Allergen Free Fining

Prepared by Ever Intec to provide an allergen free fining agent to assist in the stabilization of white and rosé wines and to remove "pinking " in white wines. Everclar βeta contributes to protein stability of the wine by using a combination of selected yeast cell walls, PVPP and selected silica.

Dose Rate:   5-15g / 100 Litres in White and Rosé wines.

                   10-25g / 100 Litres to eliminate "pinking"

                   20-30g / 100 Litres for oxidized wines.
