Developed by Ever Intec using a combination of allergen free proteins, selected silica, very pure Montmorillonite (Bentonite) and PVPP to produce a very effective clarifying agent as an alternative to Potassium Caseinate or milk based products and avoiding labelling issues relating to allergens.

Dose Rate:    30-50g / 100 Litres of free run juice

                     50-70g / 100 Litres of pressings juice

                     20-40g / 100 Litres in wines
