Nooxid is a formulation with strong antioxidant capabilities derived from a combination of L-Ascorbic Acid (E300), Citric Acid (E330) and Potassium Metabisulphate (E224) in one convenient pack.
Its efficiency comes from the synergy of its components and, more precisely:
From Ascorbic acid, that prevents oxidation by reducing the oxygen contained in the wine.
From Citric acid, that prevents formation of other combinations with iron, combinations that give origin to complexes that would eventually precipitate.
From its content in Sulfur dioxide, which lowers the redox potential in favor of reducing substances, with consequent increase in theantioxidant activity; all this will assist in the preservation of original color, clarity, bouquet and freshness even after extended aging.
Dosage: 10 - 25g / 100 litres.
Usage:
Dissolve NOOXID in a little wine and then add it to the wine while agitating - avoiding contact with air.
NOOXID dissolves totally and should be added at the end of the production process, either before or after the last filtration.
