5g sachet containing Potassium Metabisulphite with Potassium bicarbonate for convenient dosage of 2g of pure SO2.

Dose: 

                  1 X 5g sachet/ 100 litres wine equates to approximately 20ppm total SO2.                        

                  1 X 5g/225lt = 2000mg/225lt = Total SO2 - 8.89mg/litre (ppm)
